Sharing Google Calendars with the Public

Learn how to share Google Calendars with the public. This may be useful for public events for people who don’t have a Google account.


1. Go to and log in to your Triton Email/Employee Email account.

2. Go to Google Calendar by clicking the Apps Icon in the top right of the page and click the Calendar Icon. Find the calendar you want to share. Click the 3-dotted icon . A drop-down will appear, choose Settings and sharing.

3. On the settings page, click the Access permissions, then select Make available to public checkbox. A warning pop-up will appear click OK. Finally, click GET SHAREABLE LINK.

4. A pop-up will appear. Click COPY LINK. This will store it in your clipboard, where you can paste it to whomever, or wherever you’d like people to see your Calendar.
