Adobe Acrobat Pro Employee Access Guidelines

Faculty and staff may be eligible for an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription based on their job responsibilities.

Access is typically granted to individuals who regularly:

• Edit or manage PDF documents, or
• Create a high volume of graphics or document-based materials

Due to a limited number of available licenses, access is assigned based on demonstrated business needs and role requirements. If your work involves frequent PDF editing or document production, you may qualify for access.

To request a license, please contact the IT Service Desk by submitting an IT Ticket with a brief description of your job duties and how Adobe Acrobat Pro will support your work.
