How to Set Preferred Email Address and Phone Number in ctcLink
Learn how to set your preferred contact information in ctcLink to ensure you'll receive communications from Edmonds College.
Instructions
1. Go to the ctcLink login page
2. Sign in with your ctcLink ID and ctcLink account password. Click on Verify
3. Click Student Homepage, then select the Profile tile
4. Go to Contact Details
5. Under the Email section. click the Add icon (+) to add an email address
6. Enter your preferred address and check the box next to “Preferred”
7. Click Save
8. Your preferred email address has been updated
9. Under the Phone section, click the Add icon (+) to add a phone number
10. Enter your preferred phone number and check the box next to “Preferred”
11. Click Save
12. Your preferred phone number has been updated
Congratulations! You have set your preferred contact information in ctcLink. Please allow up to 24 hours for these changes to take effect.
