How to Set Preferred Contact Methods in ctcLink (Email and Phone)
Before you Begin
This tutorial will guide you through how to set your preferred contact information in ctcLink to ensure you receive communications from Edmonds College. You can also follow along through the accessible photo guide here: How to Set Preferred Contact Methods in ctcLink (Email and Phone)
- Your ctcLink Account must be activated
- You must be able to log in to your ctcLink Account
Steps
- Go to the Edmonds College ctcLink Login page and log in with your ctcLink credentials
- Select Student Homepage
- Select the Profile Tile
- Select Contact Details on the left side menu
- Select the Add Icon (+) to add an email. Enter your preferred address and check the box next to “Preferred” and click the “Save” button
- Select the Add Icon (+) to add a phone number if needed. Enter your preferred phone number and check ‘Preferred’, and click the “Save” button
- Success! You have updated your preferred contact methods in ctcLink
