WCTCS / FAM Password Reset

If you need a WCTCS/FAM password reset, follow the instructions below (also see our FAM Password Reset documentwith these instructions):

  1. Navigate to the IT Help Center
  2. On the top-right of the page, click on ' new ticket'. Select General Request
  3. Complete the requested information on the form
  4. In the issue description, please provide your WCTCS/FAM username

Once we receive your request, our IT agents will route your ticket to the appropriate IT team.
