Forward a Voicemail Message to Another Extension (Employee)

Learn how to forward a voicemail message to another extension.

Instructions

1. Pick up the headset and click the voicemail softkey.

2. Enter your voicemail PIN number into the system.

3. Listen to the message and then enter the extension you would like to forward the message to (example: 1101, 1234, etc.). Then hang up.
