How to Take a Screenshot on a Chromebook

Steps

1. Press and hold the CTRL key at the bottom left corner of the keyboard while simultaneously pressing the Overview key, which can be found in the center of the top row and looks like a square with two vertical lines to its right.
2. Now that you have created a screenshot, go ahead and copy it to your clipboard, or click on the image in order to access the location it is now saved to.

Partial Screenshot

1. Press and hold the CTRL + SHIFT + Overview key to start a partial screenshot
2. Click and drag the area you want to screenshot. Or press the Space key to edit the area, then drag it to the desired location before taking the screenshot. Click “Capture” or hit enter to take the partial screenshot.
