How to Sign Up for ctcLink Employee Training
Before you Begin
This article provides information on how to access ctcLink Training and what courses to take
- Work with your supervisor to confirm which courses specific to your job duties are required
- To find your Canvas Default email address, visit How to Set a Default Email in Canvas
Steps
- Go to ctcLink Readiness Canvas Course Registration Website
- Select Edmonds College as the institution
- Enter your Canvas Default email address
- Click on Verify My Account
- Once your account has been verified, scroll down to choose the course(s) you need
- Select the required training (s) (listed below). Once completed, click “Sign me up."
- You can now sign in to Canvas and complete the courses you signed up for
All Employee Required Training
- PeopleSoft Fundamentals 9.2
- ES100 HCM Employee Self-Service
- Manager Self-Service (if applicable)
- PU100 Purchasing : Requisitions (applicable if you order goods/services or make purchases for the college)
- PU103 Purchasing: P-Card (applicable if you have a P-Card, or if you manage staff who have P-Cards)
Training by Department
- Specific department-level training is also required. For a comprehensive list, visit ctcLink Employee Training
- We recommend working closely with your supervisor for any additional or recommended training
