Can I Use Email to Reply to a Ticket?

Yes! The Service Desk is able to receive answers to your tickets via email. If you receive a ticket response in your email, simply reply to the message and our IT agents will receive your response. Whether you are using Outlook, Gmail, or any other email client, the Service Desk will be able to handle it.

Log In to View Your Tickets

If you would like to view your current and previous tickets, you may log in to the ticket portal with a personal Gmail (, Triton Email (, or Employee Email ( account:

  1. Proceed to the top-right of the IT Help Center
  2. Select Log in to check your tickets
  3. Click on the Login with Google button and sign in using your Edmonds College email (or personal Gmail) account
