How to Wirelessly Project Your Screen Using ShareLink
Overview
ShareLink is a Classroom Technology device that allows you to project content from your laptop through the AV System in order to display your content onto the projector screen for your students/audience.

Steps
Turn ON the PC.
- Turn ON the projector.
- Tap the Touch Panel.
- On the Touch Panel, switch from COMPUTER to WIRELESS mode.
- The PC will display the available ShareLink connection options.
Option 1: Hostname
- On your laptop, open a Google Chrome tab.
- Enter the hostname address.
- Select WebShare > Share.
- Select Advanced > Proceed anyway.
- Enter the code displayed on the screen.
- Enter your name.
- Select Connect.
- Choose the tabs you want to share or select the entire screen.
Note: Share system audio to use the classroom speakers.
Option 2: LAN A — Faculty & Staff Display
- On your laptop, open a Google Chrome tab.
- Enter the LAN A address and press Enter.
- Select WebShare > Share.
- Select Advanced > Proceed anyway.
- Enter the code displayed on the screen.
- Enter your name.
- Select Connect.
- Choose the tabs you want to share or select the entire screen.
Note: Share system audio to use the classroom speakers.
Option 3: LAN B — Student Display
- On your laptop, open a Google Chrome tab.
- Enter the LAN B address and press Enter.
- Select WebShare > Share.
- Select Advanced > Proceed anyway.
- Enter the code displayed on the screen.
- Enter your name.
- Select Connect.
- Choose the tabs you want to share or select the entire screen.
Note: Share system audio to use the classroom speakers.
