Instructors and Students can contact Panopto support directly in the following ways:

• Email support@panopto.com
• Create support.panopto.com login account and submit a case
• Call the Panopto 24/7 support team at 855-765-2341.  Any end user who forgets this number can always log in tosupport.panopto.com and see it by clicking “More ways to contact support.”

Additional Resources

• Faculty who need support in Canvas and Panopto are advised to contact the TRC for assistance. The TRC can assist with troubleshooting Panopto, but extensive issues may need to be escalated to Panopto support.
• Students who need support in Canvas and Panopto are advised to contact the Service Desk by submitting a ticket. The Service Desk can assist with troubleshooting Panopto, but extensive issues may need to be escalated to Panopto support.
